Dr. Kishan Pakkal

Dr. Kishan Pakkal is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of 17 years in the hospital and healthcare industry in the UAE. Skilled in overseeing the performance of Medical Directors, Chief Operating Officers, Directors of Marketing, Strategy, Branding, and Communications, he is well-versed in managing hospital top-line and profitability.

Dr. Pakkal brings a proven track record of leadership and innovation in the healthcare industry, aligning seamlessly with our hospital’s values. He was honored with the prestigious Best CEO award by His Excellency Humaid Qatami, Director-General of DHA, and Health magazine in 2018. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a background in clinical practice, Dr. Pakkal brings a proactive approach, exceptional leadership, and strong management abilities to any role.

He holds an MBBS Degree from GR Medical College, India, and worked in private and public hospitals in New Delhi before moving to the UAE. His professional journey in the UAE includes roles such as General Manager at NMC Royal Hospital (previously Al Zahra Hospital) in Sharjah, Chief Operating Officer at Medicare Hospital in Sharjah, and Director of Operations at Zulekha Hospitals in Dubai and Sharjah.

Dr. Pakkal also served as the CEO at International Modern Hospital, Dubai, from 2014-2018.
